Bennett Constructions were engaged to deliver the construction of the dual level facility on an existing lot at 42 Hunter Street Lismore. Containing considerable architecture intent, the building is envisaged to transform the specialist medical precinct that’s walking distance to Lismore Base Hospital for patients and medical specialist.
Ground level of the building is a car park on a concrete ground slab with a small office tenancy also on this level. The upper first level of the medical centre facility is supported by concrete columns, PT slab and block wall founding on inground substructure. The first-flood structure is constructed with timber wall frames and roof trusses.
