The works includes the Design and Construct of both the Tweed River High School and Tweed Heads South Public School.
Both schools include new and refurbished works in a live environment over a 20 month period. The contract also includes the design and construction of VET buildings associated with TRHS. There is a 5 month lead-in design period prior to construction commencing on site.

The benefits of the upgrade to the Tweed River High School are new and refurbished learning spaces, a new library, new technical and applied studies building, a senior learning environment, enhanced student canteen, enhanced hospitality teaching facilities and new commercial kitchen, specialist vocational education facilities and expanded school support unit.
The benefits of the upgrade to the Tweed Heads South Public School is a new permanent, innovative learning environments, a new library, a more visually appealing and practical street entry, new student canteen, new out of school hours care (OSHC) facilities and an improved playground and outdoor space.
