Essential Remediation
Following the 2022 floods, significant recovery works were completed at Maclean High School to restore safe learning environments. Most campus areas were addressed in the initial program, with Block A deferred for later delivery.
This project focuses on essential remediation to align Block A with the rest of the school. Works include asbestos and glazing removal, internal refurbishment, and roof replacement with safety upgrades. New glazing, partitions, cladding, and external finishes will be installed across nominated elevations.
