Delivered in close partnership with Lismore City Council and NSW Public Works, the program was defined not only by its scale, but by its ability to achieve rapid, visible outcomes while maintaining rigorous governance, safety excellence, and long-term resilience. Through disciplined planning, strong local engagement, and transparent delivery, the program successfully restored critical community assets and re-established public confidence during a time of recovery.
