Bennett services the region roughly bounded by Coffs Harbour to the south and Brisbane to the north. We are known in the region for our positive culture of collaboration and exemplary performance. We have delivered some of the area’s most iconic and award winning projects including the Elements of Byron Resort, the QBE Head Office, Molesworth Street commercial building and Ballina Coast High School.

Sydney Office (Lipman)
Lipman was founded in 1966 in North Sydney. Our Sydney team has grown steadily through commitment to cooperation and trust. Our success is showcased in a wide range of projects from the $125M Wet N Wild Sydney; $70M Veolia MBT Waste Treatment facility; the innovative, timber construction of the Macquarie University Incubator; and currently the Parramatta Aquatic Centre. We have a large portfolio of aged care provider clients including Anglicare, BaptistCare, Opal and Bupa.

North Coast Region (Lipman)
Our Port Macquarie services the region bounded by Newcastle to the south and Coffs Harbour to the north. The Lipman team have strong construction and sub-contracting expertise with most of them having lived and worked in the district before joining Lipman.
The team has established a strong portfolio of successful projects such as the Coffs Harbour Cultural and Civic Space, Coffs Central Shopping Centre the significant upgrade of the International Coffs Stadium, and in Port Macquarie the picturesque Sails Resort and Panthers Leagues Club. Western NSW
Bathurst office (Lipman)
Our Bathurst Office services the region bounded by the foot of the Blue Mountains to the east, Parkes to the west, Tamworth to the north and Griffith to the south.
The team is made up of experienced construction and administration staff with strong local construction and contractor knowledge and experience.
The Bathurst office has a strong project portfolio, particularly of health infrastructure and aged care projects. They have successfully delivered the Molong Multipurpose Facility, Molong Ambulance Station, Griffith Hospital Early Works, and Opal Aged Care Facility.
