We’re proud to celebrate another win at the 2026 Master Builders Association of New South Wales Northern Rivers Excellence in Building Awards, with our Yamba Library & Community Centre Redevelopment.

Delivered at 24 Treelands Drive, this project has transformed an outdated facility into a vibrant, contemporary community hub designed to meet the needs of a growing and evolving population. The new precinct brings together a modern public library, flexible meeting and event spaces, youth and exhibition areas, consult rooms, a community kitchen, and outdoor play spaces – seamlessly integrating with nearby TAFE, health, and emergency services to create a connected, multi-purpose destination for the Yamba community.
