The refurbishment of The Boardwalk Ballina RSL was successfully completed one week ahead of schedule, with a four-week programme delivered in just three weeks through careful planning and strong team collaboration. The works included new flooring, roofing upgrades, a new dance floor and refreshed interior finishes, creating a revitalised space for members and guests. Early completion allowed the client to reopen sooner, minimising disruption and reducing operational downtime. While project works continue in other areas, all remaining activities have been carefully planned to ensure there is no impact on members, guests or day-to-day operations.
