EMMANUEL ANGLICAN COLLEGE JUNIOR SCHOOL STAGE 2 COMPLETION
On Tuesday 5th March, the New Junior School Building, Car park and courts area was officially opened by the regional Bishop and he local dignitaries. The project concludes a long list of projects successfully finished for the college since its commencement 19 years ago.
The project commenced in mid-June 2018 with the use of multiple local trades assisting in the works. Alan Walsh has been the one man band and has tirelessly worked with the College, consultants and contractors to build a great space for the teachers and students of the college. The works have been occurring in and around the existing school and car park. To have the works carried out with no major issues, incidents or injuries is a credit to his nature and 43 years Bennett experience, that he brings to the project. Supported by Contracts Administrator Sharon Allen & Project Manager Gordon Relph, the project has been an enjoyable experience for all.
The new junior school building and car park were opened on time with the college extremely happy to take procession of their new facilities with all areas being used. The unique internal design allows the area to have multiple uses and provides areas for students to use in an occasion. The external finishes blend in to the existing buildings complementing the college.
